Story of F3 ELITE
F3 ELITE was created as the owner felt God leading her to inspire women with faith and fitness. God made us Psalm 139:14 - we are fearfully and wonderfully made and should honor God by taking care of our bodies. It’s not about being vain, its about being healthy. If we feel great from the inside out, we can serve Him and others more effectively.
She wanted to create a community of women, to be Fearless, Faithfully, Fit, inspired by Proverbs 31:25.
VISION
Our vision is to empower women to thrive by nurturing their mental health, spiritual growth, and overall wellness. We believe in fostering strength from God and embracing a holistic approach to well-being, guiding women to be strong, balanced, and vibrant both inside and out.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide women with an amazing fitness program created specifically for their goals and fitness level combined with being encouraged in the Faith. I want to help women feel amazing while sharing the love of God in their everyday lives.
About Shoshanna -
Owner/Founder F3 ELITE Fitness
Shoshanna was born in Jackson, MS, at the age of 12 moved to the Chicago suburbs, then moved to Orange County, CA and is now residing outside of Murfreesboro, TN where she is enjoying life with her dog and training clients.
She started weight training in high school and since then wanted to help others with their fitness goals. She became certifed to help others with their health and fitness goals in 2007 by becoming an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Tae Bo® Certified Fitness instructor. Since 2011, she has helped 1,000s of clients start working and achieve their health and fitness goals through in person and online coaching programs, with her independent Sculpted Shoshanna Fitness LLC business.
In 2017, she tarted competing in NPC Bikini Competitions, placing Top 5 in her divisions, and earned the Masters Overall Sword. In 2020, she worked hard to earn my IFBB Pro Card in 2020, during the craziness of Covid and other personal life issues. She endured and conquered!
In 2022, she becase a Certified Neubie Machine Technician, which is an electric muscle stimulus (EMS) machine. It is used during workouts, helps clients activate muscles and is much more effective for hypertrophy and for rehab purposes.
She has endured a lot in life through a divorce after an 18 year marriage, living on her own, supperting herself and through some hurtful dating relationships. Through it all, her faith has grown stronger and she wants to help other women become strong, inside out, not just physically but mentally and spiritually as well. When all of these are working together, then thats when we are fearless, faithfilly, fit in our daily lives and with God.

We are looking for women to live out their best lives through a healthy fitness program, and to create a team environment where we feel inspired and empower each other.
Our Vision
F3 Elite Fitness exists to help women be stronger from the inside out, grow stronger spiritually and grow stronger physically. We help women achieve their health and fitness goals specifically by building muscle through weight training, along with healthy cardio and nutrition habits to live a healthy lifestyle.
